是不是小号无从考证，只能以官方TOS为准。自认倒霉吧，以后远离国人oneman。

您好！首先，魅影不是我小号，可能是其他客户。其次，我站确实没有使用该VPS做过任何代理，不存在双标。第三，跟赵博士说的一样，今天以前的用户由于使用代理被封机器的，我方承认也许在措辞上不够清楚导致有误导，因为该原因被封的，全部全额退款。刚才已经给您全额退款了，您应该收到了。<br />

不是封机的全部退款，是今天之前购买的，由于我方措辞不严谨误以为可以使用代理被封机的可以退款。今天以后，再有用代理的就不能退了。
