HZ 10欧的使用疑问

之前领取了10欧，然后今天续费以为是自动抵消的，发现续费的金额跟上个月是一样的，那么这10欧是怎么使用，不能用在续费上面吗，续费是云服务器和杜甫两台一起的<br />

这10刀用来抵扣未来的费用，不是用于之前的费用；

有个未满五块的账单，顺延三个月，这个十欧好像只能两个月。为点鸡疤钱烦躁
