2.然后找指定的律师所的律师，见证开户，费用自己拿<br />
3.见证开户和办卡的时候是需要去指定的银行营业厅，有的营业厅没权限<br />
4.开的这个是VIP卡，忘记是有没有费用了，当你把50万取出来之后，就会降级
