关于北岸

想问下mjj们，现在哪家管得比较松啊，还有人不在国内还可以北岸嘛？<br />

我记得我以前北岸的时候要去定点照相馆做核验<br />
<br />
后来还有什么公安北岸，这个可以不做嘛？<br />
