香港中银 找回用户名称、密码、网上银行号码等等

前提条件：手机还能人脸登入或其他方式自行验证；<br />

1:查看网上银行号码；<br />
[主页]-[消费享乐]-[我的电子结单/通知书]--[客户号码(单据右上角八位数字）]<br />
举例：8321 5138<br />
<br />
2:查看提款卡号码；<br />
[主页]-[消费享乐]-[我的电子结单/通知书]--[港元帐户号码]-<br />
举例：621741 0828 2056 6930 1<br />
<br />
3:重置密码；<br />
[登陆]-[忘记密码]-[网上银行号码/用户名称（前面获取的八位数8321 5138）]--[支付密码（没有就无解）]-[设置新密码]<br />
<br />
4:找回用户名称；<br />
[选单]-[网上银行]-[登入網上銀行]-[個人客戶]-[網上銀行]-[個人設定]-[賬戶設定]-[賬戶管理]出现<br />
<br />
<br />
[「自在理財」客戶號碼]<br />
[用戶名稱]<br />
<br />
5:重设用户名称；<br />
[选单]-[网上银行]-[登入網上銀行]-[個人客戶]-[網上銀行]-[個人設定]-[賬戶設定]-[設定用戶名稱]<br />
