We're investigating a network outage in NYC.<br />
<br />
Update -- we are waiting for our remote hands request to be completed by the datacenter.<br />
<br />
Update #2 -- network was brought back online twice but did not stabilize. Unfortunately, due to the timing (holidays season & midnight) we are awaiting a more experienced tech to be sent to the datacenter to perform further troubleshooting. We're also preparing a contingency plan.
