注意区分轻量还是ECS IP，轻量炸穿，ECS也是不会炸的，我这上海ECS昨天讨论最炸的时候也是0丢包，买了台上海轻量，今天一天都是炸的，说明网络是区分开了

丢包归丢包，限速归限速，昨天同上海 ssh 都卡上传只有 0.5 左右也是绿的

没啥用，轻量买的人就是拿来滥用的。我退了，还是用ecs好，100%稳定
