阿里云新开机子CPU占用莫名其妙的高

两台阿里云机子，开了半天啥都没装甚至都没ssh进去过，看面板数据都是CPU占用90%。没设置过密码，自动生成的密钥登陆。阿里云这是有啥BUG吗
