不是说不能造出来！<br />
但是尽量别吹！<br />
还有就是制度不对！<br />
真正做实事的，得不到好处，不做实事的，好处一大把！这就是制度的坏处！<br />
造芯片的少吗？谁不是忽悠个几百亿然后跑路的？<br />
还有更多的人说什么<font color="Red"><strong>不先仿后面怎么造</strong></font>！<br />
其实这种话最弱智！如果靠仿的进步，永远不会进步！<br />
知道国外的AI为什么开源吗？就是想让我们不动脑！不动脑就不会进步！不进步就不会超越！<br />
而国内的这些厂商还拿着他们的东西再加点自己的东西，就说是原创！
