用了两年的v.ps，还可以，甚至有时候想试试有没有更便宜的。

VIR居然切了 IIJ，去年一直都 NTT，估计是到了又一年续费的阶段。都打算丢了

v.ps 是xtom自营，绿云东京是xtom下游，都接的本地线路，hh接的是gsl，国际线路要好不少。
