某宝买的美版iPad Pro，验机提示“已注册设备：是”

去付费用公众号查询序列码，有一项报告是<br />
已注册设备:是<br />
但是用序列号去苹果官网查询<br />
结果是未激活设备<br />
请问这是怎么回事？买的是原封未激活<br />
