我想他们是这样想的，不还怎么办？不还银行拿出去拍卖，自己黑户，拍卖价格还不够抵贷款，自己又要倒贴，除此之外首付也白送了银行，到头来什么都没落下。现在还着贷款虽然烂尾，ZF总不能不管吧，好歹还能有个窝。<br />
