我的理解是，人在大陆 使用政府批准的网络连接方式访问被屏蔽的网络。 如果你认死理的话，所有的袋里方式都是合法的<br />

包括较传统的扶Q和代理，目前相对更流行的SSH-tunnel和eSIM卡，以及那些什么专线<br />
除非你用的是星链，或者跨国界拉了条网线<br />
