oracle甲骨云号被办了怎么删除租户？

很久没用了 今天想删除账号了 结果显示处于未活动状态 <br />

创建实例时提示授权失败 搜索一段时间发现这种状态是号被ban了<br />
Authorization failed or requested resource not found.<br />

自然应该给删除账号的权利吧 删除了对于企业不是少一个数据库吗 留着在里面不舒服
