半年前激活的时候，余额15英国，当时发了一段短信扣了0.3英镑，余额还有14.70英镑，现在为了保号又发了一条短信，余额显示14.39英镑了，怎么扣了0.31英镑？&nbsp;&nbsp;我都是发给 +86xxxxxx 的号码<br />
