内蒙古天翼云电脑网络是不是有问题(已解决)

DD成debian，青龙Python3依赖能正常安装，NodeJs已换源阿里源https://registry.npmmirror.com，一个依赖也安装不上，全是Socket timeout<br />

腾讯云上能正常跑的py脚本，到了天翼云很少有能正常跑的<br />
