5.7晚点19:59点了个外卖，一直没人接单，等了很久才接单，刚刚才看到21:31分系统超时免单的退款。<br />

下雨+骑手分流到不同平台，骑手少很正常

超时20分钟，自动帮你退款，都没发个提醒，对了，是当天21:31就自动发起退款。<br />
应该是送达发现超时了，所以直接自动免单
