azure 非中国区帐号怎么搞？？
需要接收微软Azure额度赠送。<br />不接受中国帐号。我提供的帐号都提示是中国帐号。<br />
我没有外国信用卡，只有国内的V/M信用卡<br />
怎么把现有的帐号改成外区。或者注册新帐号是外区的，怎么选？？<br />
