甲骨文有一个人注册多个的吗？

21年用自己和家人信用卡都注册了一个，刚试了下已经不能注册了，是系统可以限制一个人只能注册一个吗？

很多年前，注册了4个，那时试了所有我手里的所有银行信用卡，只有中行信用卡可以验证，随即用了4张中行信用卡申请了4个，目前仍正常运行中！
