1、简单案子，实习律师都能做<br />
2、稍微复杂的案子，就要资历老的律师，以及可以走后门的律师了<br />
其实95%的案子，都属于简单案子<br />
国内是大陆法系，以法条为依据，而不是欧美那种陪审团制度，只要煽情就行了
